Daniela

The method was lived before it had a name.

For more than a decade, Daniela taught violin and watched something remarkable happen again and again: real progress rarely comes from one extraordinary moment. It is built through repetition, patience, attention — and the courage to take the next small step.

Then life made that lesson deeply personal.

After going through brain surgery, Daniela had to return to the basics, one step at a time: walking, concentrating, rebuilding daily routines, and eventually returning to music.

What she discovered was not a new philosophy, but a deeper understanding of one she had already been living through music:

You don’t always need a bigger leap.Sometimes, you need a smaller step.

That idea became the foundation for Habituario 33 — and for Daniela’s work on stage: helping people move from inspiration to action through stories, music and Tiny Shifts.
